Hi, I’m Kasia. I’ve spent over 15 years as a professional coffee trainer, running courses at Monsoon Estates Coffee Company Academy and training more than 10,000 people—from private enthusiasts to commercial teams. I work with brands, startups, and individuals, making great coffee simple, whether that’s on a movie set, in a new café, or through one-on-one consulting.

When I’m not teaching or consulting, I’m behind the camera freezing moments through photography or creating tropical plant statement pieces—my personal way of blending creativity and nature. Simply put, if there’s coffee, plants, or a project worth capturing, you’ll probably find me there.
